How long do I need to wait for my booking?
We will send you your booking as soon as possible after you complete your booking with us – typically we will be in touch via email within 1-2 days.
I don't like the date booked! Can I change it?
Of course! We send you the full booking details so you can either edit the date yourself, or you can ask us to do it for you!
What if I need a theory test cancellation?
We can find you cancellations with your package – we can easily get you searching. Have a look at the My Account area for further details.
How much is it to book a theory test?
Booking your theory test with us costs £49. This includes the test fee of £23 and our admin fee. It also includes a free retest, theory test cancellations, access to our learning hub and more!
How do I choose a test centre?
When you book your theory test through us, we'll let you enter your postcode and we will show you your nearest test centre. Not the one you are looking for? Just expand the search or get in touch via the contact us page.
What payment system do you use?
We use PayPal and Stripe for our transactions. This offers great flexibility as it is quick, easy and secure so you know your money is always safe!
How to find my test centre address?
Once we have booked your theory test we will send you a confirmation email with the address, time, and what you need to take along. Still unsure? Contact us!
What happens if I want to cancel my Theory Booking?
If you are not happy with the services and would like to cancel, you can do so by emailing hello@findmeatheorytest.co.uk.
How do I login to my account?
If you already have an account with us, you can sign in any time from the login page to manage your booking, access the learning hub and track your progress.

Just login once you have created an account with us. Navigate to the learner hub area and you will see all of our questions available, split into different categories. You can also try our mock tests!

You can see all of your previous scores, results and tests from your dashboard. Take our tests and courses multiple times for extra practice. Mock tests are time-limited to give you a real feel for the exam.
How do I activate the theory test cancellation checker?
Go to the 'My Account' section and activate the cancellation checker, entering the date you'd like a test earlier than. Our systems will then search and notify you by text when we find one.
Do you just do Car Theory Tests?
No, we do all the theory classes – Car, Motorcycle, HGV, LGV and Coach. For HGV/LGV & Coach, contact us for a bespoke booking.
Is Theory Bookings associated with any government agency?
No. We offer additional services such as theory test cancellations, our learning hub, and physical testing books on top of your standard booking. Tests can be booked directly at gov.uk for £23.
Can I get a refund?
